The AE Media web sites are designed to offer general education regarding renewable energy and in no way guarantee, expressed or implied that all the information is accurate. We are not liable for any information gathered from web sites who’s links originate from any of the AE Media web sites. The information provided via the Mygreenscene web site or the Solar Maid web site are provided as a best effort only and are believed true by the publisher.

AE Media does not collect information via a registration process or “ cookies “ in any way. We do collect IP addresses, but only for the purpose of internal research. When a visitor places an order through one of our web sites, the personal information they give, Name, Address, Phone#, Credit Card, etc.  is processed through Pay Pal and remains with them and falls under their own privacy policy. The information that is provided to us is used only for the purpose of completing the purchase process. AE Media does not sell or exchange any personal information regarding our visitors or customers in anyway, shape or form.  

 AE Media or any of its subsidiaries can not be held at fault for any outcome resulting from the use of information found on any of it’s web sites or within the products or services that are sold through said web sites. The use of any information originating from any of the AE Media web sites is understood to be provided on an as is basis without any claims to accuracy or validation. Information in whole or in part provided by AE Media its web sites or publishers is protected under the united states copyright laws and anyone wishing repost or replicate in any way must request permission to do so.

Services offered on the Mygreenscene and Solar Maid web sites provide no guarantee of completeness. The intended purpose of any and all information provided is for the sole purpose of helping guide visitors to educational materials that are being searched. The job scan service offered through the mygreenscene web site is only intended to function as an “additional” way for job hunters to locate specific jobs in the renewable energy fields. The job scan system is provided as free of charge, but in no way indicates that all job searches will be affective to any one particular person. The information provided by the visitor to participate in the job scan program is used only for the purpose of matching select information with any job postings listed anywhere on the worldwide web. The job scan system is provided on a best effort basis and can not or will not function as a stand alone job search platform.  

Lectures provided or originating from any of the AE Media web sites are based on an understanding that a representative from AE Media or any of its partners will conduct such lectures as an independent and not a representative of AE Media. Speaking engagements are processed through the AE Media web sites, but are to be considered private consulting programs. Anyone requiring a speaker for a particular event must always base their decision on the individual performing the actual lecture and not involve AE Media or any of its subsidiaries or partners in anyway beyond a place of meeting.

Any persons who make purchases or participate in any of the service offerings provided via the AE Media web sites agree to use of any contact information they may provide. This contact information is used by AE Media only as a way to update our visitors on new product offerings or changes to service, etc. AE Media does not spam visitor lists and will never engage in such activities. We do however, periodically send out mass mailings to those who fall into the category above for said reasons above and no person is required to remain on this list and can have themselves removed at any time by simply hitting the reply button on any future emails with the word “Remove” in the subject line. This information is also provided at the bottom of any such mailings for easy response.
